Since 2012, Manage My Health has been helping Australians connect with their healthcare professionals through our secure online portal and mobile app. Built on platform use by over 1.85 million New Zealanders and used by many health centres in Australia, Manage My Health empowers people to take charge of their health and extends the capabilities of health practices to let them focus on what’s more important – Patient care.

Our vision is to put people’s health in their hands by connecting them with their healthcare professionals and bringing all patients’ health information into one place, their phone. Manage My Health is linked directly to the doctor’s system and can also store other information, like treatments and medications.

There are lots of little hurdles facing patients – by downloading our app or signing up online, we’re taking the hurdles out of healthcare. Today many patients are booking appointments with the touch of a button, ordering repeat prescriptions online, accessing their medical records anytime, anywhere, and getting lab results as soon as their doctor gets them. Manage My Health also provides a secure channel for patients to reach out to their doctor without leaving their home. So patients stay off Dr. Google and build a relationship with their real doctor instead.
